At Waliya, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide premium-quality wellness products with a smooth shopping experience across Pakistan.
Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange if:
- You received a damaged product
- You received the wrong item
- The product packaging was tampered with upon delivery
To be eligible:
- The request must be made within 3 days of receiving the order
- The product must remain unused and in its original packaging
- Proof of issue (photo/video) may be required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Opened supplements
- Used products
- Products damaged after use
- Change of mind after opening the product
Refund Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved:
- Refunds may take 5–7 working days to process
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be sent through:
- JazzCash
- EasyPaisa
- Bank Transfer
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed digitally after verification.
Exchange Policy
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, we may offer:
- Product replacement
- Store credit
- Full or partial refund (depending on the issue)
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before shipment confirmation.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Delivery Issues
If your parcel is delayed or lost during transit, please contact our support team immediately so we can assist you.
